CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy đ đ˝â¨ ⢠Clients are allowed one reschedule, as long as it is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. ⢠If you reschedule or cancel under 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. ⢠Any reschedule made under 48 hours will also require a 30% ( deposit )rebooking fee, no exceptions. . Late Policy: If you arrive over 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. ( if you communicate with me ahead of time I won't trip) If you arrive over 25 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and have you rebook. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
