CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 💅🏽✨ • Clients are allowed one reschedule, as long as it is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. • If you reschedule or cancel under 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. • Any reschedule made under 48 hours will also require a 30% ( deposit )rebooking fee, no exceptions. . Late Policy: If you arrive over 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. ( if you communicate with me ahead of time I won't trip) If you arrive over 25 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and have you rebook. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. DEPOSITS Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as stated at the time of booking. The only exception is if I need to cancel or reschedule due to an unexpected conflict on my end. In that case, I’m happy to refund or transfer your deposit. If you need to cancel, you do have the option to reschedule within 30 days.
